The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 14,            
1999, calendar (page 1411), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 8(L&C)                                    
"An Act relating to the minimum plumbing fixtures required for                
females and males in the state plumbing code; and providing for                
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HCS CSSB 8(L&C) pass the House?"  The

Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of  his vote           
on HCS CSSB 8(L&C).
